The Russian Language is quite singular because of its interesting features. This language belongs the indo European Slavic language group. Nowadays, the Russian language is considered as one of the most important political languages of the United Nation among others such as English, French, German, Spanish and Italian just to mention a few.

There are more than 150 million of people that are speaking the Russian language in Russia and the neighboring countries.The alphabet is another interesting feature of this language because it is written in the complicated and fascinated Cyrillic alphabet.

This ancient alphabet was designed and developed during the 9th century by the brothers Cyril in Greece. This type of alphabet was very popular during the middle ages in Ukraine and Russia. Peter the Great formalized and simplified the alphabet during the Soviet period.
